The TWN grippers feature high precision, permanent lubrication, multi-tooth, and straight groove guidance.

● Compact structure, ideal for short strokes and heavy loads

● Load distribution over more surfaces reduces contact stress

● Grease is distributed more quickly and evenly

● Ensures sufficient motion rigidity and accuracy over time

● The oil storage structure in the multi-tooth guide extends service life

The TWN grippers offer a variety of sensor and pneumatic interfaces.

Gripping Force Maintenance - AS/IS

The TWN grippers can be equipped with gripping force maintenance, expanded to TWN-P-AS/IS (AS: closing maintenance, IS: opening maintenance).
A spring is used as the holding accumulator, ensuring a minimum clamping force in case of pressure drop.

Dust-Tight Version

The TWN grippers can be equipped with a dust-tight version, expanded to TWN-SD, reaching an IP64 rating.

High-Temperature Version

The TWN grippers can be equipped with a high-temperature version, expanded to TWN-P-HT, increasing the temperature tolerance range from 5/90°C in the basic version to 5/130°C.
