The TWN grippers are designed with high precision, permanent lubrication, and a multi-tooth, straight groove guidance system.

● Compact design suitable for short strokes and heavy loads

● Load is spread across a larger surface area to reduce contact stress

● Grease is distributed more rapidly and evenly

● Maintains motion rigidity and accuracy over an extended period

● The multi-tooth guide's oil storage structure helps extend the product's lifespan

The TWN grippers come with a range of sensor and pneumatic interface options.

Gripping Force Maintenance - AS/IS

The TWN grippers can be fitted with a gripping force maintenance system, available as TWN-P-AS/IS (AS: closing maintenance, IS: opening maintenance).
A spring functions as the holding accumulator, ensuring a minimum clamping force even in the event of a pressure drop.

Dust-Proof Version

The TWN grippers can be supplied in a dust-proof version, expanded to TWN-SD, with an IP64 rating.

High-Temperature Version

The TWN grippers can be supplied in a high-temperature version, expanded to TWN-P-HT, with an increased temperature tolerance range from 5/90°C in the basic version to 5/130°C.
