Exceptional Performance
1. TPG grippers are designed with high precision, permanent lubrication, and multi-tooth guidance with a straight groove design.
The multi-tooth internal guidance offers robust support for heavy loads.
The load is distributed over more surfaces, reducing contact stress.
An external lip seal ensures the gripper is permanently sealed and secure.
Provides consistent motion rigidity and precision for extended periods.
The oil storage system in the multi-tooth guide enhances the service life of the gripper.
TPG grippers are rated IP67 for protection.
2. TPG grippers feature a magnetic switch interface and various pneumatic connection options.
3. The protection rating of TPG grippers is IP67.
High-temperature version-HT
The TPG grippers can also be upgraded to a high-temperature version (TPG-HT), which extends the temperature tolerance from the standard 5/90°C range to 5/130°C.
