1. The THN-C grippers utilize high-precision, permanent lubrication, and multi-tooth straight groove guidance.
① The compact design makes it suitable for short strokes and heavy loads.
② The load is distributed across more surfaces, reducing contact stress.
③ Grease spreads quickly and evenly for consistent performance.
④ Provides long-lasting motion rigidity and accuracy.
⑤ The oil storage structure in the multi-tooth guide prolongs the service life.
2. The THN-C grippers are available with a range of sensor and pneumatic interfaces.
Gripping force maintenance-AS/IS
① The THN-C grippers can be upgraded with gripping force maintenance, available as THN-C-AS/IS (AS: closing maintenance, IS: opening maintenance).
② The spring is used as a holding accumulator to maintain a minimum clamping force during pressure drops.
Dust-tight version
The THN-C grippers can be equipped with a dust-tight version, extended to THN-C-SD, with an IP64 rating.
High-temperature version
The THN-C grippers are available in a high-temperature version, expanded to THN-C-HT, increasing the temperature tolerance range from 5/90°C to 5/130°C.
