● The working state (locking state) is achieved in a gas cut-off mode, eliminating the need for gas supply. This makes it ideal for applications with low switching frequency, offering energy savings, safety, and no risk of tool drop due to gas interruption.
● The housing is made of lightweight aluminium alloy and undergoes a special hardening treatment for excellent wear and impact resistance.
● The unique ejection spring locking mechanism does not require continuous air supply after the tool is locked, preventing the tool plate from falling off due to accidental gas interruption.
● All locking components are made of high-strength, high-hardness steel.
● The tool change process takes only seconds, allowing for quick maintenance and repair, thus reducing tool change time.
