High Precision Multi-Tooth Pneumatic Gripper with Force Maintenance

Compact structure supports short strokes and heavy loads
Load is distributed across more surfaces, reducing contact stress
Grease disperses more efficiently and uniformly
Ensures lasting motion rigidity and positioning accuracy
Oil-storage structure within the multi-tooth guide extends service life

2. Multiple sensor and pneumatic interface options are available for TWN grippers.

Gripping Force Maintenance – AS/IS

TWN grippers support gripping force maintenance and can be extended to TWN-P-AS/IS (AS: closing maintenance, IS: opening maintenance).
A spring is used as an energy accumulator to maintain a minimum gripping force during pressure drops.

Dust-Tight Version

TWN grippers are available in a dust-tight version (TWN-SD), achieving protection level IP64.

High-Temperature Version

The TWN grippers can be upgraded to a high-temperature version (TWN-P-HT), increasing the temperature tolerance from 5/90℃ to 5/130℃.
